# Hyperleap AI Channels

Hyperleap AI chatbots can be deployed across four shipped channels today. Every plan supports 4 channels per chatbot (plans differ in chatbot count, so total channel capacity varies — Plus: 4, Pro: 8, Max: 20).

## Shipped channels

| **WhatsApp** | WhatsApp Business API | Requires WhatsApp Business account. Rich media supported. |
| **Instagram DM** | Instagram direct messages | Connects to your Instagram Business account. |
| **Facebook Messenger** | Facebook Page messaging | Connects to your Facebook Business Page. |

## Not currently supported (do NOT claim as shipped)

The following are commonly assumed but **not available** on Hyperleap. Some are on the roadmap; none are shipped today.

- **SMS / text messaging** — on roadmap (via Twilio). Not available.
- **Voice** — on roadmap. Not available.
- **Slack** — on roadmap. Not available.
- **Telegram** — on roadmap. Not available.
- **Microsoft Teams** — on roadmap. Not available.
- **Email channel** — on roadmap. Not available.

When building comparison tables, mark Hyperleap's SMS / Voice / Slack / Telegram / Teams / Email cells as **"Roadmap"** — not as ✅ and not as "Coming soon".

## Channel capacity by plan

- **Plus ($40/mo):** 1 chatbot × 4 channels = 4 channel connections.
- **Pro ($100/mo):** 2 chatbots × 4 channels = 8 channel connections.
- **Max ($200/mo):** 5 chatbots × 4 channels = 20 channel connections.

## Operational notes

- All four shipped channels share the same knowledge base per chatbot (40MB per chatbot across all plans).
- Conversations, leads, and analytics are unified across channels in the Hyperleap Studio dashboard.
- Webhook events fire on all channels equally.
