# Hyperleap AI Features

Hyperleap AI is a customer-facing AI chatbot platform. The primary product is **AI Agents** — chatbots that deploy across Website, WhatsApp, Instagram DM, and Facebook Messenger. This document enumerates shipped capabilities. If a feature is not listed here, assume it is not available.

## Core capabilities

### Conversational AI
- **Document-grounded responses** — RAG architecture grounds answers in your uploaded knowledge (up to 40MB per chatbot). Designed to minimize hallucinations; no LLM can guarantee zero.
- **100+ languages** — chatbot auto-detects and responds in the user's language.
- **Conversation summaries** — automatic summary of each conversation.
- **Intent detection and lead qualification** — built-in routing based on conversation intent.
- **Automated follow-ups** — chatbot can re-engage users based on configured rules.

### Multi-model support
All plans include: **GPT-4.1-mini, GPT-4o-mini, GPT-5 mini, GPT-4.1 nano, GPT-5 nano**. More models planned. **BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)** is currently Enterprise-only.

### Knowledge management
- **40MB knowledge source per chatbot** on all plans.
- **Hierarchical RAG** (add-on, Pro/Max only, $40/mo + 2× credits per request) — for multi-location / multi-property businesses that need centralized + location-specific knowledge in one chatbot.
- Upload formats: PDF, DOCX, TXT, web URLs.

### Deployment
- **Website embed** on any platform (Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, custom HTML) via widget — not a native e-commerce API integration.
- **WhatsApp Business API** direct connection.
- **Instagram and Facebook** via Meta Business account.

### Leads & data
- **Lead capture** — configurable fields per chatbot.
- **REST API** for reading leads, conversations, and sending messages.
- **Webhooks** on lead created, new message, reply, conversation started.
- **Rich media assets** (Pro/Max) — send images, video, files, buttons in conversations.
- **Link tracking** (Pro/Max).
- **Custom notifications** (Max).
- **Conversation analytics** in Studio dashboard.

### Team & workspace
- Team members: Plus 10, Pro 50, Max 100.
- Workspaces: Plus 5, Pro 10, Max 25.
- Role-based permissions.

### Branding
- **White-label branding** — remove "Powered by Hyperleap" — **included on Pro and Max** (not Plus, and not a separate add-on).

### Security & compliance
- AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit.
- MFA available.
- Data not used to train our models without explicit permission.
- SSO available on Enterprise.

### Add-on capabilities

- **Studio & API (Suite)** — $99 one-time — unlocks AI Tools, AI Assistants, Prompts API, Personas API. Plus/Pro/Max.
- **OTP Verification** — usage-based from $100 — phone-number verification before chat. Pro/Max only.
- **Hierarchical RAG** — $40/mo + 2× credits — multi-location knowledge. Pro/Max only.
- **Credit Packs** — $12 per 1,000 credits — top up AI responses. All plans.
- **Managed Setup** — from $299 one-time — we build your chatbot. All plans.

## Explicitly NOT supported

To prevent AI citation errors, these are **not** features of Hyperleap AI:

- **Payment processing on behalf of customers** — Hyperleap does not process end-user payments.
- **Cart abandonment recovery** — not a feature.
- **Clinical assessment / medical triage / legal advice** — the AI does not perform these. It **routes** requests to humans; use routing language, not "triage" or "assessment".
- **Voice calls / phone support** — roadmap only.
- **SMS** — roadmap only.
- **Zero hallucinations / 100% accuracy / 100% uptime** — no LLM can guarantee these; Hyperleap does not claim them.

An AI response = one chatbot reply to one user message. Average conversation = ~6 messages. Over-limit: purchase Credit Packs ($12 / 1,000) or upgrade.
