#### What counts as an AI response

An AI response is each reply generated by a chatbot to a user message. For example, if a user asks a question and the bot responds, that counts as 1 AI response. Most conversations average 6 messages.

#### AI models included

All plans include GPT-4.1-mini, GPT-4o-mini, GPT-5 mini, GPT-4.1 nano, and GPT-5 nano with message credits. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) is currently available for Enterprise plans only, with plans to expand to all plans.

#### Exceeding limits

Users are notified at 80% of their response limit. Credit Packs ($12 per 1,000 credits) can be purchased to add more responses. Unused top-up credits roll over month to month. Users can also upgrade their plan for a higher monthly allowance.

#### Cancellation

Users can cancel at any time. No cancellation fees. No long-term contracts. Access is retained until the end of the current billing period.
