## Trial & Billing

- **Free trial:** 7 days on every plan. Full features during the trial.
- **Credit card required** to start the trial. No charge until the trial ends.
- **Cancel anytime** during or after the trial. No cancellation fees, no long-term contract.
- **After cancellation or trial expiry without subscribing**, access is restricted.
- **Upgrades** take effect immediately. **Downgrades** apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
- **Overage:** purchase Credit Packs ($12 per 1,000 credits) or upgrade to a higher plan. Unused top-up credits roll over.

## FAQ

**What counts as an AI response?** Each reply your chatbot generates to a user message. Average conversation is ~6 messages.

**Is there a free plan?** No. Three paid plans (Plus, Pro, Max), each with a 7-day free trial.

**Does the trial require a credit card?** Yes. You are not charged until the trial ends; cancel anytime before then for no charge.

**Which AI models are included?** GPT-4.1-mini, GPT-4o-mini, GPT-5 mini, GPT-4.1 nano, and GPT-5 nano. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) is currently Enterprise-only.

**Does Hyperleap support SMS?** Not yet. SMS via Twilio is on the roadmap. Shipped channels are Website, WhatsApp, Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger.

**Does Hyperleap process payments or do cart recovery?** No. Hyperleap is a chatbot platform; it does not process end-user payments or perform cart abandonment recovery.
