Plans differ by AI responses per month, number of AI agents, channels, team size, and white-label branding. Annual billing saves about 17% (two months free). Optional add-ons: Studio & API ($99 one-time), Hierarchical RAG ($40/mo + 2x credits per request, Pro and Max), OTP Verification (usage-based, recharge from $100, Pro and Max), Credit Packs ($12 per 1,000 credits), additional AI agents ($40/mo each), and Managed Setup (normally $299, currently free).
An AI response is each reply your AI agent sends to a customer message. One reply is one response on every included model — there is no credit multiplier for choosing a more capable model.
Yes. Every plan comes with a 7-day free trial with full features. Pick a plan, enter your card details, and start. You are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime during the trial.
We notify you at 80% of your limit. If you go over, you can buy a Credit Pack ($12 for 1,000 credits) or upgrade to a plan with a higher monthly allowance. Unused credits from packs roll over month to month.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. You can cancel at any time with no cancellation fees or long-term contracts — you keep access until the end of the current billing period, after which access is restricted until you resubscribe.
Max includes 30,000 AI responses and 5 AI agents per month, and you can add AI agents at $40/mo each or top up responses with Credit Packs on any plan. If you need more than that, contact us and we will work out what fits.

Studio & API ($99 one-time, available on every plan) unlocks internal AI tools, team assistants, and developer APIs (Prompts API and Personas API) on top of your customer-facing AI agents. It is separate from MCP access, which is included on every plan.
Both are Pro and Max add-ons. Hierarchical RAG ($40/mo, plus 2x credits per request) lets one AI agent serve multiple locations or properties with shared knowledge plus location-specific details. OTP Verification (usage-based, recharge from $100) sends a one-time code that helps confirm the number is real before a lead reaches your team; you only pay for the OTP messages sent.
Eight OpenAI models are included on every plan — led by GPT-5.6 Luna, alongside GPT-5.4 mini and nano, GPT-5 mini and nano, GPT-4.1 mini and nano, and GPT-4o mini — each at one response per reply. You can also add your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini API key to pick models from those providers; BYOK replies still count as one response each.
Yes. Hyperleap supports MCP (Model Context Protocol) on every plan, so approved AI tools such as Claude Desktop or Cursor can query your leads, conversations, and analytics in plain language — read-only, scoped per workspace, and revocable from your dashboard.
Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We do not use your data to train models. Plus includes email support (24-hour response), Pro adds priority email support (4-hour response), and Max adds priority email and chat plus a dedicated account manager.
