How does Hyperleap AI pricing work?
Hyperleap AI offers three paid plans—Plus ($40/mo), Pro ($100/mo), and Max ($200/mo)—each with a 7-day free trial. Pricing is based on AI responses per month, number of chatbots, and deployment channels. All plans include core chatbot features with higher tiers unlocking advanced capabilities like white-label branding, multi-channel deployment, and custom integrations. Optional add-ons include Studio & API access ($99 one-time), Hierarchical Retrieval (Pro and Max only, $40/mo + 2x credits per request), and OTP Verification (Pro and Max only, usage-based with recharges from $100). You can also purchase Credit Top-Up Packs ($12 for 1,000 credits) anytime to add more AI responses.
What counts as an AI response?
An AI response is each reply generated by your chatbot to a user message. For example, if a user asks a question and your bot responds, that counts as 1 AI response. Most conversations average 6 messages.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. Your data and chatbots remain intact during plan changes.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every plan comes with a 7-day free trial so you can explore all features before committing. Simply pick the plan that fits your needs, enter your card details, and start your trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime during the trial period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and offer invoicing for annual enterprise contracts. All payments are processed securely through industry-standard payment processors.
Do you offer custom enterprise plans?
Yes! For organizations needing more than 20,000 AI responses per month, custom integrations, dedicated support, or specific compliance requirements, we offer tailored enterprise plans. Contact our sales team for a custom quote.
What is the Managed Setup Service?
Our Managed Setup Service is a one-time fee where our team builds and configures your chatbot for you. We handle everything—designing the conversation flow, training it on your business content, integrating with your website and messaging channels, and launching it. This is perfect if you want a professionally built chatbot without the DIY work. Ongoing support and updates are available as an optional add-on after setup.
What happens if I exceed my AI response limit?
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. If you exceed your limit, you can purchase a Credit Top-Up Pack ($12 for 1,000 credits) to add more responses. You can also upgrade your plan for a higher monthly allowance. Unused credits from top-up packs roll over month to month.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts. If you cancel, you'll retain access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing period. After that, your access will be restricted until you resubscribe.
What are Credit Packs?
Credit Packs are one-time purchases that add AI response credits to your account. Purchase 1,000 credits for $12 ($0.012 per credit). Unused credits roll over month to month, so you never lose what you buy.
What is the Studio & API add-on?
The Studio & API add-on ($99 one-time) unlocks internal AI tools, team assistants, and developer APIs (Prompts API and Personas API). It's available on Plus, Pro, and Max plans. This gives you access to 500+ AI Tools, 150+ AI Assistants, and full API access for custom integrations — on top of your customer-facing AI Agents.
What is Hierarchical Retrieval?
Hierarchical Retrieval is a $40/month add-on for Pro and Max plans that enables multi-location/multi-property knowledge management. It allows a single chatbot to serve different locations with centralized knowledge plus location-specific information. In addition to the monthly subscription fee, each chatbot request with Hierarchical Retrieval enabled uses 2x credits (double the normal credit cost).
What is OTP Verification?
OTP (One-Time Password) Verification is a usage-based add-on for Pro and Max plans that enables phone number verification for chatbot login. It ensures genuine leads by requiring users to verify their mobile number before chatting. Recharges start at $100, and you only pay for the OTP messages sent.
Which AI models are included?
All plans include GPT-4.1-mini, GPT-4o-mini, GPT-5 mini, GPT-4.1 nano, and GPT-5 nano with your message credits. More models will be enabled soon. We also support Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) for Enterprise plans, with plans to expand BYOK to all plans.
What is BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)?
BYOK lets you use your own OpenAI API keys for full control over model costs and usage. BYOK is currently available for Enterprise plans only. We're evaluating how best to make BYOK available across all plans.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. For dedicated cloud deployments, we work with clients to meet their custom security and compliance requirements. Your data is never used to train our models without explicit permission.
What kind of support do you provide?
Plus plans get email support with 24-hour response time. Pro plans get priority email support with 4-hour response time. Max customers get a dedicated account manager and 24/7 support via email, chat, and phone.
