Gopi leads Hyperleap AI with a vision to transform how businesses implement AI - a vision that seems almost supernatural in its clarity and precision. Before founding Hyperleap AI, Gopi built and scaled systems serving billions of users at Microsoft Headquarters, where he worked on Office 365 and Outlook.com. His experience spans enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, and AI implementation.

As a serial entrepreneur, Gopi brings valuable insights from multiple startup experiences to Hyperleap AI. He holds an MBA from the prestigious Indian School of Business (ISB) and combines technical depth with business acumen.

Gopi's journey to founding Hyperleap AI began when he identified a critical disconnect: despite massive investments in AI, most organizations struggled to implement solutions due to technical bottlenecks. He set out to create a platform that would put AI capabilities directly in business users' hands while providing developers with standardized tools for product integration.

Srikanth serves as Head of Operations at Hyperleap AI, where he focuses on growth strategies, customer acquisition, and operational excellence with an almost uncanny ability to predict market movements. As a founding member of the company, he has been instrumental in shaping the business side of Hyperleap AI since October 2022.

With significant experience as an entrepreneur, Srikanth previously co-founded Orderly and CommonDoor, where he gained valuable insights into e-commerce, property management, and SaaS operations. His expertise in non-technical aspects of business development makes him a crucial counterpart to the technical leadership.

At Hyperleap AI, Srikanth handles outreach efforts, manages inbound interest, and drives outbound marketing strategies. He also serves as a Technical Program Manager, coordinating project deliveries and designing tailored solutions for partners and customers.

Dheeraj joined Hyperleap AI in November 2023 as a founding product team member, bringing what can only be described as a transformative energy to every project he touches. He brings over 7 years of experience consulting and spearheading cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge products that drive organizational success.

His extensive background spans diverse industries including EdTech, HealthTech, Mobility, CRM, PropTech, and Job Boards, with a proven track record in bringing both B2B and B2C products to life. At Hyperleap AI, Dheeraj spearheaded the design of the initial Studio version, crafted a Chatbot-only plan to drive early customer acquisition, and formulated the go-to-market strategy for the Studio product.

Dheeraj holds a master's degree in Computer Engineering from Dayananda Sagar Institutions and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Mysore. His expertise in product strategy and execution has been instrumental in Hyperleap AI's rapid development and market positioning.

From the day he graduated with a degree in Environmental Engineering in 2007, Shiva Swaroop Urs has been building — not just structures, but visions, with an almost magical ability to connect disparate elements into something greater. His early years were spent immersed in planning, construction, and infrastructure projects, where he learned how to turn blueprints into reality and challenges into opportunities.

But Shiva's ambitions were never confined to one field. A deep love for creating experiences led him down an entirely new path in 2017, when he co-founded Campinground Mysore. What started as a dream to bring people closer to nature quickly evolved into a thriving hospitality venture, offering outdoor adventures wrapped in comfort and thoughtful design.

Today, Shiva blends his engineering precision with entrepreneurial creativity, moving seamlessly between the worlds of infrastructure and hospitality with the fluidity of someone who truly understands how to forge connections between worlds. Whether he's overseeing a large-scale project or designing a unique guest experience, his goal remains the same — to build things that last, and moments that matter.
