The Content tab is where you configure the user-facing elements of your chatbot. It has four sub-sections:
Lead Form
Collect visitor information before chat starts
Conversation
Greeting messages and follow-up suggestions
Chat Button
Floating launcher button configuration
Commands
Quick navigation shortcuts for visitors
Lead Form
The Lead Form appears when visitors first open your chatbot. It collects contact information before the conversation begins, helping you capture leads even if visitors don't complete a purchase or booking.

- Header Heading — The main title (e.g., "Hyperleap Bot")
- Header Sub Heading — Subtitle text (e.g., "Here to help you")
- Subheading — Welcome message (e.g., "Welcome! I'm here to assist you.")
- Submit Button Label — CTA button text (e.g., "Start Chat")

- Greeting Message — First message from the bot (e.g., "Hello! How can I assist you today?")
- Input Placeholder — Text shown in the message input field
Follow-up Suggestions
Enable Follow-up Suggestions to automatically generate clickable response options after each bot message. This helps guide the conversation and reduces typing for visitors.
You can also add Predefined Options - specific follow-up buttons that always appear. Click "+ Add Follow-Up Option" to create custom quick replies.
Chat Button
Configure the floating chat button that appears on your website to launch the chatbot.

Chat Button Settings
- Message Text — Tooltip that appears next to the chat icon (e.g., "Need help? Chat with us!")
Navigation Commands
Navigation commands let visitors quickly access specific pages on your website directly from the chat interface. When a visitor types /, they see a list of available commands.

Setting Up Commands
Each command has:
- Icon — Choose from available icons
- Label — Command name (e.g., "Pricing")
- URL — Where to navigate (e.g., "https://www.hyperleap.ai/pricing")
Both relative URLs (like /pricing) and absolute URLs are supported. You can configure up to 10 navigation commands.
Testing Your Content Settings
As you configure each setting, the live preview on the right side updates in real-time. Use the "Test Behaviour" button to open a full preview and test the actual conversation flow.

Next Steps
After configuring your content settings, proceed to the Behaviour Tab to set up the AI personality, select models, and import industry presets.
