The Story Behind Hyperleap
After 15+ years building enterprise software at Microsoft, Gopi saw a glaring gap in the market. AI was transforming how big companies engage with customers, but small businesses were completely left behind.
"I watched small hotel owners lose bookings to competitors with fancy chatbots. Retail shops missed leads because they couldn't respond to Instagram DMs fast enough. They couldn't afford $50,000 enterprise implementations or hire dedicated tech teams. They needed AI that just works."
That's when Hyperleap was born - to level the playing field for India's SMBs.
Microsoft veteran with 15+ years building enterprise-grade software and large-scale cloud platforms. Holds an MBA from Indian School of Business (ISB), where he deepened his understanding of business strategy and product-market fit. After years solving complex problems for Fortune 500 companies, Gopi saw the massive gap in AI accessibility for SMBs and founded Hyperleap to bridge it.

IIT Bombay graduate and serial entrepreneur who's built and scaled multiple ventures from the ground up. Over the last few years, Santosh has worked closely with enterprises, public sector organizations, startups, and founders through Sahadya Consulting. The work spans large scale customer feedback programs, social audits, impact assessments, capability building, digital transformation, and AI driven solutions that move beyond theory into measurable outcomes.
