The Story Behind Hyperleap
After 15+ years building enterprise software at Microsoft, Gopi saw a glaring gap in the market. AI was transforming how big companies engage with customers, but small businesses were completely left behind.
"I watched small hotel owners lose bookings to competitors with fancy chatbots. Retail shops missed leads because they couldn't respond to Instagram DMs fast enough. They couldn't afford five-figure enterprise implementations or hire dedicated tech teams. They needed AI that just works."
That's when Hyperleap was born - to level the playing field for SMBs everywhere.
Gopi has 15+ years of enterprise software experience, including work at Microsoft, and an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB). He founded Hyperleap AI to make AI tools accessible to small businesses.
