Keyword Density Analyzer

Analyze 1-, 2-, and 3-word phrase frequency in any text — with target keyword recommendations

How to use keyword density without keyword stuffing

Modern Google ranks pages on topical depth and entity coverage, not raw keyword frequency. Use this tool to:

  • Confirm the page is on-topic. Your primary keyword should appear naturally — usually 0.5%-2.5% density.
  • Find missing entities. Look at the 2- and 3-word phrase view. Are key sub-topics absent? Add them.
  • Detect over-optimization. If a single phrase is at 4%+ density, you're probably stuffing. Vary the phrasing.
  • Compare to top-ranking pages. Run the tool on the page currently ranking #1 for your target keyword and benchmark your phrase mix against it.

Density alone won't rank a page

Pair this analyzer with the co-occurrence finder to see what entities top-ranking pages mention near your keyword, and the AEO score to grade AI-search readiness. For LLM-friendly structure, use H2 question checker.
