Three kinds of organization
Every Hyperleap account belongs to an organization. There are three kinds:
- Regular organization — A business building chatbots for itself. It owns its workspaces, chatbots and Sources, and pays for its own plan and credits. This is what you get when you sign up.
- Partner organization — An agency or consultancy building chatbots for other businesses. It manages clients, its team and billing, but holds no chatbots of its own.
- Client organization — A business a partner manages. It has its own chatbots, Sources, channels, leads and team, and draws its plan and credits from its partner.
How a partner account works
When you sign in to a partner organization, the navigation shows four pages instead of the usual dashboard:
- Clients — Add, open, pause and delete clients. See Managing Clients.
- Team — Invite your own staff and decide which clients each person can open. See Team Access.
- Usage — Credits each client used from your shared pool. See Usage & Billing.
- Billing — Your plan, credit purchases and invoices, for every client at once.
Team Members on a partner account see only the Clients page. Owners and Admins see all four.
Building inside a client
Chatbots, Sources, workspaces and channels always live inside a client. To build for a client, open it from the Clients page. Hyperleap switches you into that client and shows a bar at the top of the screen:
- Working in Acme Dental — which client you are in
- you're Admin here — your role inside that client
- Back to your organization — returns you to the Clients page
Inside a client, everything works exactly as in the rest of this Help Center: create a chatbot, add Sources, connect channels and publish.
You can also jump between clients with the organization switcher in the top navigation. It lists your own organization (tagged Partner) and every client you can open, with a search box.
One plan, one credit pool
Clients don't buy plans or credits. Your partner plan sets:
- How many clients you can add
- How many people can join your own team, and each client's team
- Which features every client gets
- A shared credit pool that every client's chatbots draw from
Getting a partner account
Partner plans are set up with our team. Email support@hyperleap.ai with your organization name and roughly how many clients you plan to manage. If your organization already has chatbots, mention that too: a partner organization holds no chatbots of its own, so we'll help you plan where they should live.
