Two teams
A partner setup has two kinds of team:
- Your partner team — your own staff, invited from Team in the partner organization. They can work across clients.
- Each client's team — the client's own staff, invited inside that client. They only ever see that one client. See For Client Teams.
Partner team roles
- Owner — Everything an Admin can do, plus deleting clients. Is Admin in every client.
- Admin — Adds, renames, pauses and resumes clients, manages team access, and sees Usage and Billing. Is Admin in every client.
- Member — Sees only the Clients page, listing just the clients they've been given. Can't add or change clients.
Inviting your team
- In your partner organization, open Team
- Click "Invite" and enter their email
- Choose Member or Admin
- Send the invitation
Your plan sets how many people your partner team can have. If you're at the limit, remove someone or upgrade before inviting more.
Giving a Member access to a client
- Go to Clients
- Open the ⋯ menu on the client's row and choose "Team access"
- For each Member, choose No access, Member or Adminfor this client
Owners and Admins are listed as Admin (from partner role). Their access comes from their partner role and can't be changed per client.
The change applies straight away. If you remove someone's access while they're working in that client, they're returned to your own organization with a message saying they no longer have access.
What a role means inside a client
- Admin — Manages the client's settings and team as well as its chatbots
- Member — Works on the client's chatbots, Sources and conversations, without managing its team or settings
Inside a client, your people appear in the client's team list with a Partner team badge. The client's own Admins can see them but can't change or remove them. That stays under your control.
Workspace roles inside a client work the usual way. See the Workspace Permissions Matrix.
