Is my account managed by a partner?
Open your profile menu in the top-right corner. If it says Managed by followed by a company name, your organization is a client of that partner. Usually this is the agency that built your chatbot.
What you can do
Your organization is your own. Its chatbots, conversations, leads and data are visible only to your team and the partner's staff working on your account, never to the partner's other clients. Depending on your role, you can:
- Build and edit chatbots in Bot Studio
- Add and update Sources so your chatbot stays accurate
- Read conversations, follow up on leads and take over chats with human handoff
- Connect channels like WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook
- Invite your own colleagues
Your team
If you're an Admin, open your organization's team settings and click "Invite". Choose a role:
- Admin — can manage the team and settings
- Member — works with chatbots, conversations and leads
Your partner's plan sets how many people each client team can have. If you can't invite anyone else, ask your partner about adding seats.
You'll also see people from your partner in the team list, tagged Partner team. They're the agency staff working on your account. Their access is managed by the partner, so you can't change or remove them yourself. Contact your partner if someone should no longer have access.
What your partner handles
- Your plan and features — they come from your partner's plan
- Credits — your chatbots use your partner's credit pool
- Billing — the Billing page shows Billing is managed by your partner, and there is nothing to pay in Hyperleap
If you can't sign in or your chatbot stops answering
Your partner can pause your account, for example while a contract is on hold. A paused account's chatbots stop answering and its team can't sign in, but nothing is deleted. The same happens if the partner's own plan lapses. In both cases, contact your partner: everything comes back as it was once they resume your account.
Need More Help?
For questions about your chatbot's setup, plan or credits, contact your partner first, since they manage your account. For problems with Hyperleap itself, email support@hyperleap.ai.
