Usage & Billing

All your clients share one plan and one credit pool. See what each client used, and top up from your own organization.

In short: Hyperleap AI partner clients share the partner's plan and one credit pool; clients never buy credits themselves. The Usage page shows credits, platform credits and OTP spend per client for the billing period or the last 30 or 90 days. Credits and plan changes are bought from Billing in the partner organization.

The shared credit pool

Your partner plan comes with a monthly credit allowance, and any credits you buy are added to it. Every client's chatbots draw from this one pool. There are no per-client credit balances to manage or move between clients.

Your plan also sets the features every client gets. A client can't be on a different plan from you.

The Clients page shows the pool at a glance: Credits used this period across all clients and the Shared credit pool still available. Click "Refresh balance" to update it.

Seeing each client's usage

Owners and Admins can open Usage in the partner organization. Pick a period, either This billing period or the last 30 or 90 days, to see:

  • Credits used across all clients — the total for the period
  • Credits — credits each client used for AI responses
  • Platform credits — credits each client used on platform features
  • OTP spend — what each client's SMS and email verification codes cost (see Lead Capture & OTP Login)
Tip:
Use the Usage page to bill clients for what they actually used, or to spot a client whose chatbot traffic has grown enough to price differently.

Buying credits and changing your plan

Owners and Admins manage everything from Billing in the partner organization: your plan, credit purchases, OTP credits and invoices.

Billing isn't available while you're working in a client. If you open a client's billing page, you'll see Billing is managed by your organization, with a button to go to your own billing. This also applies to AppSumo licenses: activate them on your own organization, not inside a client.

When the pool runs out

Note:
When the shared pool is empty, every client's chatbots are affected at once, not just the busiest client. Keep an eye on the pool, and top up before a busy period.

If you're working in a client when credits run out, Hyperleap tells you your organization is out of credits and asks you to switch back to it to buy more. The client's own team sees a message to contact you instead. See For Client Teams.

If your partner plan ends

Clients depend on your partner plan. If it lapses, your clients' chatbots stop answering and their teams can't sign in until the plan is active again. Their chatbots and data are kept.
