Verifying Installation

After adding the code to your website:

  1. Visit your website in a new browser tab
  2. Look for the chat button (usually bottom-right)
  3. Click it to open the chat widget
  4. Test a conversation to ensure everything works

Chatbot not appearing?

Check domain whitelist and code placement

Console errors?

Verify chatbotId and privateKey are correct

Styling issues?

Check for CSS conflicts with your site
